Aura facilitates and shares various types of embodiment practices to get out of the mind and tap into the wisdom, peace, and power that lies within the body. She shares various types of dance and movement practices, yoga, somatic awareness, and guided meditation with live music and sound.

Kripalu Yoga comes from the traditional lineage of Swami Kripalu, and "Kripalu" in Sanskrit means compassion. Kripalu Yoga is a gentle yet strengthening, invigorating, and compassionate yoga done as a practice of self-love and care and goes beyond just the physical practice of the postures. Kripalu Yoga is a classical yoga that involves breath work, mental focus, somatic awareness, emotional purification, and spiritual principles by which to live off the mat in addition to practice on the mat.

Kripalu Yoga teachings include Meditation-in-MotionTM, in which you allow movement as guided from within, which is unique to the Kripalu Yoga lineage and fosters states of joy, freedom, presence, intuition, focus, and relaxation. When you learn to follow your own body and breath in movement, it becomes easier to follow your inner guidance in your life as well. Meditation-in-Motion, mindful movement, and expressive dance classes begin with guided breathing, gentle yoga warm-ups, and then open the floor for freeform movement and self-discovery ending with a guided multi-sensory meditation. Aura's approach as a teacher is to bring playfulness and creativity to the process of relaxation and wellness for quality of life.

Aura gently guides her students, while also allowing them to tune into and follow their own unique body’s wisdom for a safer and more personal, fluid, and customized practice. She adapts to various ages, body types, and levels of cognitive and physical ability including children, those with neurodivergence, chronic illness and injuries, addictions and disordered eating, and seniors with dementia.
